It’s March 1 which means I’ve officially been on this paleo diet for two months now. And I’ve lost a total of 14 lbs! To me, it’s not all about the number on the scale (though let’s be honest, it feels pretty good to see). It’s more about the way I’m feeling. I’m more confident in my body, like I’m finally bouncing back to my pre-baby bod. I’m able to wear some of my favorite clothes again, they fit better and my energy level is up. There’s definitely something to be said for adopting a clean eating lifestyle — and it’s really encouraging to see the results of my healthy, smart food choices. Several people have recently asked about what it takes to go paleo, so I thought I’d share a brain dump of the paleo habits that have worked for me so far.
