Gift Guide: For the Special Lady in Your Life

momsdaygiftguidefinished

It’s been officially spring for a few days now and I have been loving the warmer weather (you can tell I was ready for it back in January!) – the spring rain on the other hand, not so much, but I’ll be thankful for it when the heat of July comes! But now that the season has changed, Mother’s Day will be here before you know it. Do you have something special in mind for the mom in your life?

I’ll be honest, Mother’s Day can be a really. tough. day. And while I remember and honor my mom in special ways, I am also incredibly thankful for the other ‘moms’ in my life and like to celebrate by letting them know what they mean to me. So I’m sharing my top gift ideas for any momma that has made your list to make her feel special on her day.

For the Cook
Spoil the chef with the most perfect little DIY herb garden kit and a freezer tray to go with it! She’ll think of you each time she picks fresh herbs when she’s cooking up another great meal for her family.

My picks: Chef’n Herb Freezer Tray, Williams-Sonoma | Mason Jar Herb Garden Kit, Terrain

For the Gardener
Get the gardener all set for the rainy season – these ankle rain boots will provide a little spring in her step. She can also track all those beautiful budding plants in her new seed keeper journal.

My picks: Rhyme Ankle Rainboot, Sakroots | Seed Keeper, Uncommon Goods

For the Sentimental
If you’ve ever received a hand-written note from a mom in your life – restock her inventory with these pretty spring floral notes! Or go for beautiful simplicity with this gorgeous candle – a simple vanilla bean will fill the room with a sweet reminder of how much you care.

My picks: Yellow Floral Stationery, Casa.com | Vanilla Bean Candle, Henri Bendel

Now if one of those gift ideas doesn’t do it for you and you may be thinking – “But my mom is really hard to shop for!” You can always head over to The Shoppe for a selection of fun, custom-designed art prints in case you need a last minute gift idea! Good luck with your findings, friends! Would love to know what you’re planning for Mom’s Day.
