Cupid’s Cocktail

Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday this year – do you know what that means my friend? Busy restaurants, long waits and over priced drinks at an over-crowded bar. It also means it’s the perfect opportunity for a romantic night-in with your sweetheart. And I’ve got just the drinks to prove it.

Whip up a little love in the kitchen by crafting some cocktails that will set the scene for the evening. Here are two amazingly easy drinks that will take you from apps to dessert and with each only using a handful of ingredients, you can shake ’em up in no time.

So pull out the tablecloth and candlesticks, wash and set the china and good grief – call a babysitter, call a grandparent, call a friend – just call someone (if you need to that is!) so you can relax and enjoy an evening to celebrate just the two of you. Trust me, it’s worth it!
