Every Easter, we love the tradition of dyed eggs and I wanted to pass on the childhood fun to my boys. This year we dyed eggs and gave them a little sparkle too. I knew I wanted to use the eggs in an easy, no fuss way to create a centerpiece for my dining room table to enjoy this happy spring season. In case you missed it, check out my DIY dyed eggs for super easy colorful eggs using ingredients from your pantry.
This centerpiece came together quickly with items I had in my craft room and from around the house: a roll of burlap, pink ribbon, blue grass to create a “nest,” and my grandmother’s antique tea cups to add a sentimental touch. (Bonus: the tea cups make great little holders for special Easter treats!) All of this sat upon and surrounded a classic twist pedestal and serving platter for just the right height.
Did you create a special centerpiece for your table or buffet for this season? I’d love for you to share! Have a lovely spring weekend, friends!
